Our Culture

Studio Life

Our headquarters is in the creative heart of London and our studios in Manchester, Leeds, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and New York are all lively, sociable places to work.

Across our network, we have a year-round calendar of events to bring teams together – something for everyone, from cultural celebrations to sports and weekly meetups.

Learning And Development

Our practice is grounded in constant exploration

Learning comes through real project experience. Our people get access to industry-leading expertise, supported by our TPB Academy, which brings training and development tools to unlock learning opportunities across the practice.

We support growth at every stage through mentoring, graduate pathways and apprenticeships across architecture and business support. Our apprentices gain hands-on experience, industry-recognised qualifications and expert guidance.

We are proud partners of the Mayor’s Fund for London’s Access Aspiration, which helps young Londoners from underrepresented backgrounds explore careers in architecture and design.

Through mentoring, insight sessions and experience, we help a new generation discover opportunities they might not otherwise be able to access.
