As a practice, tp bennett specialises in architecture, design and planning. Our multi-disciplinary approach encourages cross-functional working.

Our work is about people. As a practice we stand or fall by the quality of our people. We value our team and our clients equally and our experience over 90 years has taught us that high quality projects require happy, motivated and inspired people.

Many of our Principals joined tp bennett after educational out-placement with our practice. We continue to offer salaried out-placements for architecture and interior design students and welcome applications.

Active and positive mentoring and an appraisal structure enables all members of our firm to develop professionally. We have a flat management structure which allows us to be responsive and supportive with plenty of room for motivated self-starters to flourish and make their mark.
